I'm Persian so I know how to make Persian food, as well as basic Italian and Oriental. I'd like to learn some European, African and some Asian recipes.
My favourite TV chefs are Ina Garten and Giada de Laurentis. They have pretty good recipes and I like their shows. But I mean those are only two people l-o-l. Who do you recommend for European food? That's what I'm mainly looking for but I mean if you have African and Asian [and by that I specifically mean Korean, Filipino, Indian, Indonesian, Mongolian, Malay, Viet, Laotian, and Thai, preferably by someone who was born/raised eating that food] then that would be great.
