I started eating it for the first time now since I was 10. It's really easy to make, tastes great and keeps me full for a long time. It's also very cheap. Give it a try. Bonus points for throwing some berries in it.

im 23 and i never tried oatmeal until recently....a month ago to be exact. i dont know why my mom never gave it too me as a kid (she likes oatmeal so it adds to the mystery)....i tried it at my schools cafeteria.
