I want to bake some mini pound cakes for my co-workers for Xmas (will be giving them on Tues.)
Will it work if i make the batter and maybe half-bake them on Thursday (since the oven is gonna be on all day anyway) and then just finnish them up on Tuesday morning, or should I just wait till Monday?
