Will it work if i make the batter and maybe half-bake them on Thursday (since the oven is gonna be on all day anyway) and then just finnish them up on Tuesday morning, or should I just wait till Monday?

You can't half bake a cake and half re-bake it. You will get a cross between a gummy bear and a brick. But if you're French, maybe you can call it something sexy and start a trend.
