How should I roast them for my pecan pie?
My brain thinks the oven is king here, but a friend and some recipes are calling for a quick microwave.

I believe the point of the roasting for a pecan pie is to not have soggy nuts (microwave should do that right?
But will I get a better flavor from an oven roast?
