Here's what I did this morning:
Take a small skillet and put it on the stove. Turn the heat on to high
get three eggs and a small deep bowl. Crack the eggs into the bowl and beat them up so that they're one mix.
Cut some cheese, mushrooms, celery if you feel like it, etc... and make sure that they're in dry, small pieces. Put the pieces into the mix and mix further.
To prepare the skillet, get a small slice of butter and drop it on the skillet. It should start melting immediately. Tilt the skillet so the melting butter covers the entire skillet. Don't put more butter in, you've already put in too much. Put in less next time, idiot.
Get the eggs and pour them in. Let it sit for a minute or two while you get a very narrow spatula or fork.
Start poking at the corners to see if you can lift it a little bit - see if it's solid on the bottom. If so, leave it for another minute and then proceed to the next step
Get the fork/spatula under the single mass of solid egg that makes up the bottom part and move the spatula/fork to the side (not the center of the food). Flip the egg from that side and let the gooey side start cooking.
Take it off the skillet and put it on the plate. Slice some tomatoes and toast some bread. Enjoy
