Anyway..
Here is how I made them.
First. Take 6 cups of water, toss into a large bowl. Add 2 tbsp of regular yeast. Let sit 5 mins.
Add 2 cups of skim milk powder and 1 cup of sugar (i used 1/2c brown sugar and 1/2c molasses). Honey or white sugar works fine too.
Stir in 6 cups of flour and beat the living shit out of it. Should be a really smooth elastic gooey batter. Still pourable.
Put somewhere warm and let rise for about an hour.
Now add 1 cup of oil. I used butter.
2 eggs.
3 tbsp of salt.
Mix in 6-8 cups of flour and knead.
Let rise 50 mins, punch down. Let rise another 40 mins...
Now roll out into 2ft x 1ft sections about 1/4 inch thick. Baste liberally with melted butter. Dust heavily with cinnamon and brush it in with a basting brush. Then dump a shit load of brown sugar and spread out evenly.
Roll up and cut into slices.
Bake at 325 for an hour or so.
