/ck/, what is some stuff you can eat that is healthy and pretty tasty?

(I say "eat" instead of "cook" so as not to exclude stuff you can just pick up and start eating without having to prepare it, but I AM mostly looking for recipes here)

I'm a novice level cook, trying to lose weight and stay in shape, but it's sorta hard when the only things you know how to make that are "healthy" are steamed brown rice and veggies, veggie stir fry, and whole wheat pasta.

Thanks for any help you can spare!
