Obviously, it's the days after Thanksgiving and other holidays that we find ourselves swamped with leftovers. How do you use your leftovers for breakfast? This is what I did today:
4x Jumbo Egg. Toss them bitches into a bowl, then whisk 'em up.
2x Cup of 2% Milk. Toss this in the eggs. Whisk 'em up.
2 tbsp Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Mint. Toss 'em in. Whisk 'em up.
This is the best part, of course. I tore off a big-ass chunk of turkey off the leftovers, tore it to shreds, and threw it into the eggs. Whisked that up, threw in a half-cup of breadcrumbs(FER ROUGHAGE), then tossed it on the stove and scrambled it.
Currently eating it with some ketchup tossed on. If it matters, I used mostly dark meat.
