Uh, hi, /ck/. I don't come here often except to drool at the pics and maybe pick up a recipe or two from a random thread, but I need your help.

I had turkey for the first time this Thanksgiving (lived in a different country and came into the US this year for Thanksgiving with some relatives) and it was pretty nice. I'm thinking of buying a small one and trying it out myself.

Thing is, I don't know where to start, and the sites I went to all have pretty different methods. So I thought I'd ask you guys. Thanks for the help.
