so i tried making hot chocolate today, but it ended up with and oily film and tasted a little bitter, maybe i burned it?! anyways here's the recipe i used any suggestions.

1.5 oz unsweetened chocolate
dash of salt
1/6 cup of sugar
3/4 cup water
2 1/4 cup milk

1. melt chocolate in water at low heat stir in sugar and salt bring to boil
2. reduce to simmer cook uncovered for 4 minutes, stir in milk and serve hot
