What are these things called? They kind of have a jello consistancy and are quite sweet, with little sugar things in the shape of fish or grass or whatever inside. I know they're probably under the category of "wagashi" but that encompasses so much

Anyway not a weeaboo but my boyfriend is, and he showed these too me. Now, I have several packs of different kinds of jello, and I'd like to get into the art of this jello-thingy making. From what it seems like, it's kind of like that decorative soap making except more edible and probably more useful.

Anyone do this?
