Dear /ck/,

I am helping a friend make this for perhaps the very first time, and he is taking it to a potluck tomorrow. He's concerned about the acid in it, though, because of all the old people. Is there a good way to bring down the level acid in ambrosia other than in using things like cream instead of yogurt, etc?
