>>1124140I don't think she's a Nadeshiko at all. We've seen hints that she has the potential to be a lot more. The only reason why she seems so flat is because we're seeing her primarily through Saiko and Shujin's eyes. To Saiko, she's pretty much nothing more than a goal right now, just a pretty girl that he thinks he has a connection with. He keeps making wild assumptions about what she wants and how she feels, but he's never actually bothered to ask her.
But, out of all the characters, she's the one that seems to have a better grasp on how people work, like how she points out how guys don't think about how suited they'll be to someone or how guys see Iwase.
Besides that, she has a lot more out-going side than your average Nadeshiko. Unlike Shujin and Saiko, she was already well on her way to pursuing her dreams-- sending tapes off to companies and taking dance lessons. She's obviously taking initiative. And you could take when she muses about joining both of them in the nurse's room as maybe having a sense of humor, too.
