If you're dumb to get infected here is the solution from the previous times it happened.
From Symantec:
4chan.js, 4chan.jse
Discovered:
4chan.js - July 19, 2008
4chan.jse - August 25, 2008
4chan.jse is a variation of 4chan.js. Both work by exploiting a vulnerability in the Javascript parser. This vulnerability allows a JavaScript code to place files in your Windows folder.
When the infected script is run, the file wil execute and create the directory, System32 in the Windows directory (usually C:\Windows) and populates the directory with seemingly essential files.
These files actually contain the virus replication code and multiple pieces of malicious code to hijack web browsers, activate keyloggers, enable unrestricted accest to the victims computer, install illegal botnets, and the JavaScript code, which launches the virus from the infected files.
