...But then you all made me cry. And smile. And laugh, and cringe, and many other things. Sitting back and remembering my neighbor, the man who kept me company when my parents couldn't...Well /co/, it made me feel things. And maybe that was the point of this thread; to cast of the chains of cynicism and skepticism to remember the things that made us smile.
I love Fred Rogers for everything he did. I'm grateful that he did everything he did for children, and it's a tad depressing he's gone. It doesn't matter though, he wouldn't have wanted us to dwell on it. He would have wanted us to reach out to our other neighbors, and keep the chain going on. To show others love and appreciation just for being them.
And well, /co/, for whatever crazy reason, I love you. I'm glad to have such great people for neighbors. Keep doing what you're all doing.
