I figure Bruce 35-39; Dick 28; Jason 26; Tim 22

I'm not sure about Bruce or Jason, but within the past year they've said Dick is 24 and Tim is 17.

It doesn't really cross my mind at all. It doesn't even need to be brought up, most things don't give characters specific ages I will not expect comics to unless it is very important.

Its on the same level of X is stronger than Y bullshit Power Level talk.

Batman's at Robin number 5 now? They're going to have to address this at some point.

Maybe that's sort of the idea with Dick bats, moving the time scale along a little bit.

It's easy enough to wince for an arc or two but the inconsistencies might reach a point where it's 150-year-old-Sherlock-Holmes levels of silly forever.

Im alright with Bruce passing away and having Damian take the mantle. that's why he's there for he's pretty much a nasty little prick version of batman, when he's grown up he'll be as brooding and bitter as Bats because he's pretty much a juvenile version of that.

sure, when he grows up He won't be insane as Bruce is because while Batman is acting on the account of being crazy, most of his robins are professional crime-fighters on the making.

Bruce became Batman with 26 and took Dick in his third to forth year as Batman. Dick was 10 years old at the time. So Bruce was probably 29 or 30 when Dick was 10 or 11. You just need to know how old Dick is to know how old Bruce is.

In R.I.P., Jezebel says Bruce is way past the 30. She didn't say what was his age exactly.

I have been trying to figure this out as best I can based on the ages of the Robins. Here is what my best guess is:

Batman started being batman around his mid 20s, so let's say 26. He wasn't solo very long and then Dick joined him when he was 12.
Dick started the Teen Titans and became Nightwing before he was 18, so let's assume that he became Nightwing around 17, making Bruce 31.
Jason was 15 when he died, and he wasn't Robin for a very long time, so best guess he was 13 when he joined, and 15 when he died. So Bruce would be about 33 when Jason was killed. His resurrection though makes his age much harder to guess, but he isn't much younger than Dick.
Batman went solo for a little bit after that, but not too long as Tim found him out and became Robin very quickly. Tim was about 12 or 13 at the time, and it has been stated recently that he is now 17, making Bruce 37-39.
As for Damian, they have said many times that he is 10 right now.

All this leads me to think the following:
Bruce: 37-39
Dick: 24-26
Jason: 22-24
Tim: 17
Damian: 10

Bruce was 23 when he started in year one. He took Dick about two or three years later in Year 3, or during Dark Victory. Dick was 9 years old, but the age thing goes between 9 to 12 depending on the writers. Anyhow, Dick stopped being Robin at 17, meaning Jason became Robin around there. Jason was Robin for a while and then he died, and then Tim took over at age 13. Assuming Jason was Robin for at least a year or two, that'd put Dick at about 19 when Tim took over.
Tim is now about 18 or so, making Dick about 24 or so. It makes sense, since Bruce was only 23 when he started being Batman, so Dick being 24 works out.

Anyhow, If Dick was 9 when he started, that'd make Bruce about 38, 39 right now. The only thing I can't factor for is I have no clue exactly how long Jason was Robin.

You guys can do your check up. Batman: Year One shows that Bruce was 26 at the time and Dark Victory shows that Dick was 10 when Bruce took him up. I just need to re-read Jason and Tim's origin to know their age back then. I know that Damian was 10 when Dick took him, but that isn't important.

No, seriously. Morrison gave Batman a ten year old son. After 9 months pregnancy. Oh, and the kid was concieved after Dick had graduated from High school and gone to college. And Morrison insists that Dick started out when he was 11 or so.

Morrison's Batman is in his 40s.
