Anyone else sorely disappointed by the lack of Skeleton Flash in this issue? There he is, the main focus on the cover, and he doesn't even make a cameo in it.

I knew covers lied, but geesh.

When is Skeleton Flash gonna get some spotlight-time? His adventures are always the best, like that time Wally was fighting Captain Cold, and after freezing Wally's legs to the ground, Cold didn't notice Skeleton Flash as he was getting away. He proceeds to trip on Skeleton Flash, landing on top of his own freeze-gun, which goes off and captures cold in a solid block of ice.
