Christopher Priest's "Captain America and the Falcon"? Excellent. Some art hiccups, but there you go.
Kirby/Lee's run? Excellent. Madbomb was glorious fun. How can anyone hate Batroc?
Steranko's run? Excellent.
Englehart's run? Excellent.
Gruenwald's run? Excellent. Even when he went a wee bit mad there near the end, and started doing things like "Captain America... as a werewolf." Okay, yes, retarded, but still... Captain America as a werewolf!
Avoid Liefeld and Loeb's stuff and you're pretty good to go.
Oh, and that Civil War: The Confession thing that got onto the idiotic "/co/ approved" lists. What the fuck is that thing doing there? Sigh. I mean the rest are good, even if the list is shorter than it should be, but seriously? ANYTHING from Civil War? No.
