We can only help you so much, though. Get some books from the library. Google for a list of good ones, or ask a librarian. Search up some tutorials - the highest-ranked ones on art sites got that way for a reason. Ask somebody for redlines or critique; I'm sure people here would be happy to do that if you posted your WIP. Try not to get discouraged if what comes out on the canvas doesn't match what you see in your head; that's common, and the only way to make them match is- guess what? - practice!
Practice everything. Drawing figures, drawing specific parts. Draw from life, or draw from photographs. I'd steer away from using other people's art as a reference, but you can do that too, if you want to. Just keep drawing, and you will improve.
