>>31151666Every other CRT I've seen since has the same thing going on. Every LCD I've used since has been superior in every conceivable way. If the colour's off, they have menus for that.
Unlike the CRT I had where the bit controlling the red shorted out and hey, suddenly the monitor can't display 1 of the primary colours.
And let's not forget about a couple minute warmup time, screen burn-in, the general fragility of everything that's not an inch thick plate of glass, the weight, the extra space needed, and the incredibly fuzzy picture compared to anything on an LCD.
