I admit it: I am a Muffin Man. The 2009 relaunch of Strawberry Shortcake exceeded all my expectations, winning me over with its brilliant combination of witty writing, sterling character design and top-notch computer animation. The travails of Blueberry Muffin, Raspberry Torte, Plum Pudding, Orange Blossom, Lemon Meringue and of course Strawberry Shortcake (The Six Servings) have never failed to please me, cleverly adding a sugary sprinkle of mature humor on top of every cake of pure entertainment.
Some may scoff and denigrate me for watching a "little girls' show", but is it right for them to mock me while tolerating filth like Justin Beiber and Rebecca Black? It shocks me how people who otherwise proclaim themselves "open-minded" can be so petty and mean when it comes to watching something like Strawberry Shortcake. And while, yes, some muffin men do "spread their frosting" while watching the show, those creeps are in the minority, and it is unfair to judge the entire fandom by the actions of a small group of people like them.
Besides, why are you getting in my face about it all in the first place? If you don't like it, you don't have to post in these sorts of threads.
