>>33224230I drink milk like a fiend, in highschool on most days I would grab a half gallon from the grocery store and drink it when I walked home, I would always finish it before I went to bed.
>>33224268I can, Im not the best swimmer in the world though and even after years of practicing at it I can not tread water without using my hands, its just impossible to stay up on leg power alone. when I was younger it took me a long time to learn how because they would be teaching me and I would naturally just keep going under water and swimming from there. I can swim under water just fine, on top is less enjoyable, dog paddle though does the trick. I can not float on my back though, I always sink to just under the surface if I do it.
>>33224230its one of those things where I sort of breathe deep a couple times and throw my self off the side because Im too tired to stand up. like if I fall on my back its a pain in the ass to stand up most of the time.
I can sprint pretty fast too interestingly because my muscles have gotten toned just from moving my body around and I also work out a bit too. when I was in 8th grade I was 5'4" and on the track team and they wouldnt let me pole vault because I was 180 pounds and they were afraid the poles would break at my weight. I have what a lot of people refer to as bear strength where I can just handle things and toss them around.
another interesting thing, vertical leap is pathetic, long jump is exceptional. its all a weight vs momentum thing I guess. I take what I can get
