Anyone here going to be there? I'm hoping to see some see/avoid familiar faces, finish my Shinn Asuka cosplay, meet the creator of G Gundam, and see what kind of havok the Conventioneers (from Bite TV) may cause. :3

I'll probably be going. What's this Conventioneers thing? I stopped getting Bite TV when the free preview ran out. Although I doubt their brand of havoc is anywhere close to sizable 4chan gatherings like at Otakon.

Conventioneers are two hosts from Bite TV who set out to different conventions around the country. Its pretty much comedy-based and they end up making fun of people somewhere along the lines. Long story short; quite a few of the cosplayers at Animu North hated them. Mostly for making fun of them and secondly for the fact that one of the hosts beats up a some little kid (although it was actually staged).

i watched about ten seconds of that and was like shitsuxfag. don't get me wrong, loling at conventions is an acceptable AND ENCOURAGED behavior. that doesn't make it completely not played out to record yourself doing so at this point.

I'll be theeere. I finally got the fabric for my Mikan costume..today. Teehee. But the wig and the pins are all done already, I just have to actually put the jumpsuit together.

My friends and I are making a kind of personal documentary about the con weekend, so if you spot the cameras and the pink hair and probably AN's Pyramid Head, totally stop us and say what you think needs to be said. Also, a zombie movie, which everyone should be in. Because zombies are awesome.

Of course, we could also organize another meet...More organized this time, so we don't just wander around lamely.
