This is risky, security could just have you thrown out and be done with you. However, just as there are ways to easily piss people off, there are ways to make them let you off the hook easy.
1) don't acknowledge anyone else other than others doing it with you and security
2) don't fight or argue with security. if they want you to move, gtfo. if they want you to stop, do it quick.
4) meet beforehand to see who's with you and who to look for
5) sound unassuming, tell security it's just a skit or that you didn't realize this was an organized event you were messing with
6) be subtle about it. don't rush in yelling, have everyone walk up and appear at the same time or at intervals to look somewhat disorganized.
7) do all your group fun beforehand. group pictures, group activities, etc. -- you need to be on security's good side to have fun
Another possibility for those of you planning to hit the Gaia panel -- get a bunch of people to surround the line *going into* the panel and dance around the Gaians all waiting. Borrow loosely-hung costume parts or props, generally bother them. Also anyone willing to lurk Gaia after Otakon should look around for a reaction.
