The lack of orgasm and overexposure to sexual material will be trying on the willpower, but persist -as libido whips your mind into a frenzy, struggle to put that energy into the visualization of your partner.
Beyond that, results are varied. Some are raped in their sleep, waking with bruises and cuts, others wake up with damaged memories, others simply have orgasms while asleep. The ritual itself is merely a catalyst to control the appearance and beckon the coming of a succubus, not a way to determine it's actions.
