This one is unusual in that it is written in a screenplay style, but I personally found it very erotic.
Basically this is the Stepford Wives taken to the next level. A family moves to a new town and discovers all the women here are beautiful, submissive, and airheaded bimbos.
The mother of the family is struggling with alcoholism and depression which damages the family’s relationship.
The father of the family is invited by the other men of the town to turn his wife over for mental conditioning and surgical enhancement.
Fed up with his wife’s self-destructive behavior, the husband goes through with it, getting a docile sex-bunny for a wife.
A little slow at the start and an unconventional format, but still a compelling and arousing read, even without being overtly sexual.

Becoming Cupcake by The Mayor of Cherish
Also a female modification story, a runaway runs into a town ruled by men and their enslaved women and is transformed into a crotchety old man’s fucktoy. Very detailed worldbuilding and incredibly detailed.
