This is a text-based game with gender transformation. I probably played this game the most of all the games on the site. So far it's the only life simulator I found. Basically you start as a guy and very early into the game you are turned into the woman and have to adjust to your new life or find a way to become male again. You can either choose to live a more or less kosher life or be a cum-slut and take dicks bareback in your cunt every night.
Notable fetishes: futa/dickgirl, pregnancy, prostitution. Your body also constantly transforms either against your will or because you wish it throughout the game. It's still being developed.
