How does a male go about getting a androgynous haircut? Something with sidebangs that hide the ears (similar with the picture provided) and a naturally occurring poofy back, and somewhat longer bangs (than the ones in the picture).

I already essentially already have what I described to you; I guess what I am asking is how do I stylize/cut/layer it? To make it more refined; or even somewhat girlish perhaps.
