I would post this in /fit/ but I know I wouldn't get the kind of response I'm looking for. I'm trying to go for a skinny build but at the same time not lose too much muscle mass, which I think I already have. I've been doing the whole reduced-carb thing (no bread or anything overly starchy), and I feel great because of it.
So, I'm 5'11", 135 lbs right now which seems good, but I don't know what exercises are good for this weight that are safe. Ideas?
