Okay /fa/ this is the case.
I was the highest bidder on an online auction, for a leather jacket, for five fucking days. Then, with four minutes of the auction left, some inbred fucking neckbeard came and bidded ONE FUCKING DOLLAR higher than me.
I was unable to bid any higher cause I had no idea what the password to my mom's account on the specific site was. (I'm underage and thus couldn't create an account myself)

So, where can I find a good looking biker leather jacket that wouldn't totally devour the guts of my wallet? Suggestions?

so look into a perfecto or double rider if you like that jacket and give up this idea of looking for a cheap rick piece

becuase its not happening for under $1000 even sample leathers go for more than your budget.

Obviously this was your first with any sort of auction.
If it's on a site like Ebay, where you can "watch" the item, note the ending time for the auction, and set some sort of alarm/reminder for the ending time and date.
In the final minute or two, that is when you make your bid(s). Bidding before then is just going to raise the price of the item.
