guy here with sometimes unmanagable short curly hair.

usually i just use a small flat iron and make it a bit more straight, but my hair seems very dry and..i don't know, weird when i plaster it with clay to make it stay straight/hold.

I'm gonna take a trip over to the store and buy some hair products, any recommendations? Please no specific ones as i live in canada, probably dont have same brands as US. Just some general things i should have for styling short hair

by short i mean like this, maybe a little shorter
