I get white shit like this on my tongue pretty frequently and when I use a tongue scraper on it, not all of it comes off.
How can I prevent this white shit from forming in the first place? I drink a shit ton of coffee with milk, could that be the cause?
I know this isn't directly fashion related but having a clean tongue is always fashionable.
