Okay /fa/, I've got a dumbass friend of mine asking if she should wear a red halter or an 'easter dress' with a cami underneath it b/c it's strapless for a 'dress for success' event at her track team. I'm an 18 year old teenage boy who has no fucking idea about fashion. Any ideas?
