Now, assuming this is an obvious troll, I'd just like to seriously point out that Ugg boots make ankles appear to be waterlogged, and as a result turn guys off. It's a subconscious thing apparently.

'Jeggings' are unfortunately popular with Uni students these days. Can't say they look good, but they're popular.

That's what I think! If I'm going to wear jeggings, then I'm going to wear skinnies. I detest ugg boots, I'd rather wear my heels or some cute ballet flats.

Ah, and here's some good news: you have quite a nice frame, so clothes should look god on you. Check out some fashion magazines and blogs to help you out when choosing a look.

Going onto high street stores' websites is often fruitful too. They frequently have a 'get the look' section that gives some inspiration. If you're ever unsure, always just ask us for critique.

Normally I'd say "what sort of a person are you" and then dress like it, but actually if you do that you're bound to end up looking like shit. But you can't really fake it either.
It all really depends on whether you have naturally good taste that you were born with, and an interesting character and whether you're an interesting person.

But for starters just go thrifting

Do you live in the UK? Urban outfitters are pretty big with girls at the moment, and they've got a great line going that summery but with a slight steampunk/victoriana look to it. Very Alice in Wonderland kitsch. Might look good on you?

Same for American Apparel and River Island a few months back during the winter. All very Steampunk-y. Apparel brought back capes! Can't vouch for their spring/summer lineup though.

You mentioned ballet shoes, so this might be an angle. Polka dots/kitsch look is pretty in.

Also: bright colours with simple dresses and large bows. They're really cool around now.
