I am moving to NY in the fall, and I'll need a warm coat. I'm from texas, so I don't really know where to buy one since it's spring. And I know I won't be able to find one in the summer.
I'm female, 5'0" so it would have to be petite. I'd like a cute color like bright green or maybe red. HELP ME.
