Got a haircut not too long a ago but I'm about to get a job interning for a production company in LA and my Tia suggested i get a more professional hair cut. Any suggestions?

Just clean up the sides. The front and top looks good and is pretty flattering for your hair texture, but the longish, forward-sweeping sides seem better suited to a middle-schooler than an adult. Granted, how dressy do you think people really expect their interns to look?
