Is there anything I can do about this scar?

I had a beauty spot in there (like the one I have in the middle) and hated it, so I removed it. Im not sure if it was the best option after but whatever.

Anyway I hate my face but can I at least use any product to help with the scar? I know time will help but I want a more "cleaner" look.
