Yo

so I followed the acne flowchart for the last two months.
Changed bedsheets a lot, stopped touching face so much, drank more water etc etc along with gentle cleanser and moisturizer twice a day.

At this point my skin still isn't much better. it's improved a bit but not heaps. I have fairly moderate skin, a little oily sometimes. I get largish puss filled pimples scattered around my lower face and neck

so is benzoyl peroxide my next move? Should I order that shit from acne.org or just get some 2.5% whatever stuff from the pharmacy?

And I apply it after cleansing before moisturizer right?
