Does anybody have any idea what hair stylists/cutters/barbers do or whatever when they wet your hair with a spray or whatever to cut it? (I'm a guy with short hair). Just wondering cause I flat iron my hair (in b4 gay) and it's super super short, i jut want it to get cut how it would if it was straight, but instead they wet it and it becomes curly again.

Can I request them not to spray or wet it or does that not make any sense?
