I am writing this specifically for any of you overweight people browsing /fit/ right now hoping to shed some weight over the summer or just to improve themselves, I want to share with you my experience being fit so far having lost 80 pounds over the last few months
First off, what I will tell you about myself, I am 5' 8'' and currently 140 pounds, a year and a half ago I was 250 pounds. I guess I could blame my parents partially for my weight, most of the time my parents were too busy working to come home and make a decent healthy meal, and would often resort to feeding my family with fast food bought home really late at night.
