>>10147538I'm glad I didn't scare you off. It just seemed like you got a little mad, as when someone is calling out someone elses' bullshit, although I assure you these are honest responses. As for the progression with SS, I only switched because I had stalled on 3 lifts and deloaded on each of those lifts 2 times. After the second time, from what I've read on this board, I knew it was time to switch to another routine. If I didn't stall so much, I would have liked to stay on SS for a bit longer, simply because 5lbs on each lift every workout is absolutely awesome.
As for SL, when I first looked at it, it did seem like a beginners workout, but perhaps I found a different version of it, because when I went back to look at it, after 2 months, if I didn't stall, I would go from 202 for reps to 247 for reps. While a great improvement, it seemed slower than SS. Also, while the general consensus on this board seems that SS or SL should only be followed for a few months, if I had a choice, I would stay on SL for at least a year, just because of how it is structured. I hope I didn't give the impression that I switched routines simply because I got bored or had A.D.D. with routines. If something works, why change it?
Also, as to one of my first questions, can you suggest I good BB routine? Or perhaps an opinion on S.A.I.S?
