You can squat 150lbs, not KG's. You measured your weight in lbs, but not the squat. Also, 68kg's sounds much more realistic, especially given your body weight.

I still don't think you know what you are talking about. My parents can switch languages like there's no tomorrow all day every day. Kind of FPS because they're just so out of shape:
Part 1
>be asked by mom to deliver around 50 lbs of food from restaurant to a building

>drive up to the building I'm supposed to take the food to
>2 slightly large people meet me in the parking lot, they don't bring a cart for me to carry the food with nor do they help me
>they are not huge planets, but just slightly overweight
>I ask if they have a cart, they say no, then I assume they'll help me carry the food in

That was the first and last time that food catering has been done by the restaurant.
MFW they were still out of breath after several minutes of walking up to the 3rd floor.

To say that it has to "come from within" is kind of an odd thing to say. As if being fat is who they are because they don't have an "inner /fit/" or something.

I'm sure they've tried. Children are justhorribly at changing their habits. My second cousin came to live with us recently. He is a fat little landmass who sits around all day on his laptop. My siblings and I have tried taking him out for hikes and encouraging him to exercise, but he always seems to treat it like some kind of punishment. I can kind of see where the attitude comes from though, because he moved here from Indonesia, where his mom had a maid/nanny that would wait on him hand and foot. Over there nannies basically shovel food into kids to shoe their parents that they're "eating well."

The most infuriating part is the fact that he has a horrible family medical history, and if he doesn't get his weight under control it'll just be one more thing out to kill him. Both his mother and grandmother's have had cancer. Diabetes runs in his mom's side of the family, and his own father died of a heart attack in his mid forties.

After all the red flags he's getting from doctors you'd imagine it would hit him that it's a serious problem, but he keeps binging on junky snack foods that his grandma buys for him, and waiting until there's something fried to eat.

tl;dr: fatties gon' fat even when it will kill them
