Just watched this, and I'm curious about /fit/s opinions...

To me, it seems like maybe a good way to lose weight but not very sustainable... and once the weight is lost, how can anyone keep any kind of muscle mass or have any endurance...

But it did pique my interest into possible juicing veggies as a supplement to my diet to get more micronutrients as well as my macros?

wat think? anyone else juice fruits and veggies? ideas? recipes?
