So in a standard workout (not rest/pause) you would do 3 sets of 5 reps to get your 15 reps.
In a rest-pause workout you would do 3 sets, but it would probably go 7/5/3 reps.
When you hit 15 reps across 3 sets you increase the weight for next time. It shaves off about 9 minutes per exercise atleast.
