As for the second one, they're oly lifters. They dedicated their life to lifting/geymnastics/athletcs/whatever and they've been riding dat bicycle since babby... grams of dat bicycle.
A woman cannot get 'big' naturally. Women naturally have ~1/20th the free testosterone of a man. This greatly inhibits their ability to put on and maintain muscle mass.
You can put on mass, but don't expect it to be anywhere near what someone like Eason or professional female bodybuilders put on without hitting the gear yourself.
