also, to support that, I'm competing in a competition May 21st, so I'm very low right now, looking to be about 4-5% for the show.
I started training two years ago this month.. weigh-ins looked something like this:
May 2009: 145lbs (Start training, totally clueless)
Feb 2011: 195lbs (12.9% bf, caliper tested)
Today: 164lbs (No idea what my bf is at though)
Looking to weight in at 155> May 20th.
Saying I put 50lbs OF MUSCLE on during my bulk would be stupid. I did put on weight, but not all of it was muscle obviously. I went from 194-180 in the first 2 weeks of cutting.. all bloat and water.
