I'm trying to find somewhere on the internet some reasearch about the effects of high intensity exercise on cardiac output volume compared to those caused by a low intensity long exercise, such as a slow but long run.

I'd apprecciate any input, I already googled and I can find many researches and articles, but they concentrade on only one fo the 2 types of exercise, I cannot find a research/article that compares the 2.
