Ok /fit/, I have a serious question that may seem like a troll. But believe me, it isn't..
At the start of the year, I started jogging/running on top of healthy diet and workout to aid my cut. I had to stop running for a while 'cause I ended up in hospital with suspected torsion. So, after a month or so of no running or jogging, just walking, I decided to do the 3km run again. Before, I could run the whole thing (1.5km up hill, 1.5 down) today I had to stop 3 times going uphill and once going down.
Could this just be from not being used to running or because I'm eating way less (not been hungry so this weekend I only ate about enough for a day/day and a half)
Please, any advice appreciated.
Also, pic is me a week and a bit ago. Inb4 "don't cut"
