Hey, I started working out 1.5 month ago and carelessly took some liberties to the starting strength program, knowing that I'm probably doing it all wrong.
Anyway, my current plan is of working out EVERYDAY for 2 hours with the following workout
Workout:
3x8 Squat
3x8 DB incline bench press
3x8 BB bench press SUPERSET by DB incline fly
3x8 Military Press SUPERSET by DB Lateral Raise
3x8 DB Row
1x5 Deadlift
2x5-8 Chin-up SUPERSET by EZ-B Curl
2x8 Chest Dips
3x10 Weighted incline crunch
1x10 Hanging Leg-Hip raise
