I haven't measured my current jump height properly but it is significantly higher thanks to OLY lifts.
Dead's and squats made my pitching (to throw a female high in the air and catch her after a backsault etc) infinitely less stressful on my body. the ability to move double the weight of what I needed to move meant that I could focus one purely TECHNIQUE when doing partner work rather than struggling with the strength requirement.
Weighted chins helped me get a deadhang muscleup
weighted pushups helped me get my planche perfect.
